(relates to latest version) Q. How do I add my own websites to the "search from" list? A. In the folder where PMG is installed there is a file called "SearchSites.txt". Just append your websites to each new line in this file. You will have to restart PMG for the new websites to be shown. However please note that whenever a new version of PMG is installed, this list will be replaced by an updated version. Q. Why do thumbnails sometimes not display? A. Some links to movie files on websites do not have an image thumbnail associated with them. Sometimes they are just textual links and will therefore not display a thumbnail in PMG. Alternatively, if your internet connection is slow, sometimes there is not enough bandwidth to load the images and the thumbnails retry count (located in the options) might have been exceeded. Q. How does the 'search type' dropdown work? A. The three different search types correspond to the layers (or depth) at which the search will run. A light search will simply search for movies on your specified website, and the websites linked from your main website. A medium search will go one depth further and do the same as a light search plus find movies within websites of websites within the main specified website. A heavy search will of course go an extra step further and search for movies within websites 3 layers down from the main specified website. Q. Can I select multiple movies and download them at once? A. Yes. PMG allows you to multiselect movies by either holding down the control or shift keys while you click on them. Holding down control allows you to select individual movies and shift allows you to select a range. Q. When I run PMG, I get errors and it crashes. What could be causing this? A. Try removing the 'DownloadList.dat' file. This file might have been corrupted and PMG cannot load it properly. This file is located in your 'Documents and Settings\[User]\Local Settings\Application Data\Urgesoft\PMG' folder.
